I setup a phanton DN as (5502). And, I setup my extension number as the Owner PDN. The Display DN and VM ID Code are set 501. Whenever two additional extensions and mine are busy the system switches the call to extension 501 so a voice message can be recorded. Also, I setup one of the DSS key in all three of our DKT3210 phones as MW for 5502 (DATA:5502). Whenever a voice message is left in extension 501, only the extension setup as Owner PDN, blinks its LED indicating a voice message, the other two extensions' line LED don't blink.

Any ideas why I can't distribute or indicate on all three extension the existence of a voice message?

You need to setup a separate PhDN and MW for each of the PDNs and have Stratagy light up each PhDN in the Notification section.

Is it possible to use Multiple DN to associate one PhDN to three PDNs?

I wouldn't use Multiple DN for this particular situation unless you want the PhDN to hunt from the PDN.
