Thanks for all of the help guys. I have a CIX/CTX 670 with apporx. 120 users. I would like to setup an analog port that once the maximum number of camp-on is achived instead of ringing busy to forward or overflow to another ext. I do not see an option with the analog phone to do some thing of that nature. I have looked in emanager and stratagy. Thank again.

I don't understand what you mean by "maximum number of camp-on".

Are you meaning call forward-busy? What will the analog port do when it gets the call? You may be looking for an ACD application.

Voyager,
We use this analog phone port as a bell so people calling in press 2 and transfer to this analog line. That line is hooked up to a bell and then our employees do a #5 210(analog port #)to pull the customer off of the bell. Right now is the is 3-5 five people on the 210 port the next customer get a busy signal then they hang up. What I would like to do is when the 210 port get to many people of it the next person instead of getting a busy signal would be transfered to an over flow phone. Once the 210 port has room on it I want them to go back to the 210 port. I hope this explains it a little better. Thanks

So can't you just use your butt set and set call forward busy on that analog port?

No, because most of the time we want people to hit that bell(analog phone) so our counter people with take off of them. It is only some times that too many customers dail in and get the busy signal. Thanks

The system does not have a setable camp-on limit only camp-on enable/disable. The only thing I can think that could limit it is the number of trunks available. You could try a call forward no answer and set the time for a certain amount of seconds. You will not be able to limit it by number of calls.

You could switch out the bell with an amplified speaker attached to a PI-DKT. You can put multiple DNs on the PI-DKT which will allow more than 5 camp-ons. For example, you can have up to 8 phantom DNs on the PI-DKT in a hunt group.
