We recently replaced a DK 96 with a DK424. We have a PhoneExpress voicemail. With the DK 96, the auto attendant in the voicemail would send calls during the day to extension 239 (no phone, just a overhead ring on a PDKU /w DKT ring adapter) using 2392. This would park the calls on the line and our sales folks would pick the line up using a key on the DKT2020 phones which were labeled CAPU. Any Ideas on how to make this happen on the 424? Thanks for any help.

Make that button a sys speed dial bin 699 with #5239 programmed as sys speed dial 699.

I must be doing something wrong. The # results in a vacant response. Trying anything with the # as in 481 for BGM gets a "# VACANT" on the LED display. The Phone Express answering machine is sending the calls to the sales overhead with a 2 after the extension (which is 239 attached to a PI-DKT-R). Thanks for any help.
