On a DK424CD not sure what release I put a flash key on for off site transfer. I have call transfer feature from the Telco. After the call is answered there are no DTMF tones sent to dial other location. I know I have done this before, but I cannot remember what is different.

You should have a button set as 499 in program 39 for a flash button at that phone.

There should be no reason you could not dial digits after pressing the flash button.

Normally flash is set as 1 (0.5 seconds) in section 4 of program 12. That could be your problem.

If the phone is Toll Restricted it will not let you dial out after a flash, depending on the software level there is a program that will allow this but I can't remember what it is, I will have to look it up. Easiest thing to do is take off the restriction

Don't you need a fixed speed dial key? Try dialing *# which should turn on DTMF. Try that.

It has a fixed SD key, that would only cause the * # key not to work
