I have a DK96 I am taking out of service, replacing it with a 424. I am checking all the old (DK96 v3) programs against the DK424 (v4.3). Program 11 on the 96 has
11 1 300
11 2 030
11 3 060
11 4 001
11 5 030
11 6 120
11 7 240
11 8 00
11 9 00
The program does not appear to align with the 424 as 424 program 11 is ACD timing assignments. My DK96 manual is 200-096-301 Feb 1991.
Any Ideas?

that looks to be like the system programs in the 424 (10-1,2 or 3) or maybe even a combination of several different programs in the 424 (10-x, 31, 35 etc). Does your DK96 manual give you a description of what program 11 is?

I have a original Toshiba Release 1, 2, 3 DK 96 book and there is NO program 11.

Lets try this again.

Program 11 came out on the dump of the DK96. They appear to be timing assignments, however, when I try to change them in program 11, the program does not match the program 11 in the 424 programming manual. I can get into program 11 both on the phone keypad and using remote maintenance. I can change the numbers, although I change them back not knowing what might happen.
There are a couple of programs that came out on the dump that are not in my version for release 4 programming manual with most of the tech bulletins.
Programs 9, 11, 14, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26 All contain data. I can not find them in the manual.
