First of all, I want to thank all you folks for the great advice and help you have offered in the past. I really appreciate it.
Our DK96 finally took a lightning hit and we have a 424 picking up the load.
How can I get calls ringing on the "Overhead" (parked) which were transferred from the Phone Express answering system to extension 239 (port 039) to ring on some of the sales phones as well (ie ports 011, 012, 017 and 018)? I am familiar with most of the programs in the 424 was able to program the DK96.
The 96 was too dependable and I got real rusty on the programming side.
Which programs should I look at?

The only way that I could see this done is to add a SDN of 239 (39)to the phones and in (*71) set them to ring.

might try SDN of 239 on the other phones and make sure they ring. I personally would have the calls ring a phantom and place that on the phones with trunk keys.

Phantom extension would be the way to go. If you're familiar with the programming on a 96 it might be a little different on a 424. Programming a phantom extension you would need to goto...
*33 : owner of said phantom
*71 : phones to ring said phantom
39 : phantom to appear where on the keystrips of the extensions.
also *04 : change the extension of the phnatom (optional)

I'm sure someone will chime in if I missed anything.

Well einen guess that's you answer since you got it 3 times. Wire rat you seem to know your Toshiba DK424 programming why not PM einen and see if they would like your help on site, since your just around the block.

Steve's solution of putting SDN 239 on those phones is a more elegant solution. Less programming is involved and you can still have the overhead ringing along with those ringing phones.

I will put SDN 239 on a couple of the sales phones to see if the sales folks approve. If not, I'll go the phantom route.
