How do I program a DK424 system with DKT2020 phones to default to pick up ringer held on intercom, trunk calls and page(484 button) when the phone is taken off hook? Our sales folks have headphones with the new phones and want to pickup the "overhead" calls by picking up the handpiece/button on headpiece. That way they do not have to walk back to their desk and hit the button programmed with 484 (old 84). I tried Prog 40 led 04 and 10-2 Led-15. I'll keep looking in the manual. Any Ideas?

You can't unless their phone is ringing.

In Program 32, you have 3 choices of going off hook on a phone that is not ringing.
1. No selection, you must press a button
2. Intercom on off hook
3. Outside line from a group on off hook
Thats all she wrote, it was a short story.

Just to add to Blondies post.
program 32: 100 = No selection, must press the button 101 = Off hook intercom, incoming ringing calls 1XX = Off hook to a ling group (111 is line group 1, 112 is line group 2 , etc. This will not work with Analog extensions.)
Assuming this problem already got solved since it was over a week ago.
