First of I want to thanks the members of this forum, the wealth of information is endless.

I am a noobie to the Toshiba so bare with me if I am not using the correct terminology.

The Toshiba Strata I am administrating has a set of 200s extension with 789.5XXX; X = extensions to directly dial an extension from the outside.

The problem I have is that the 300s are not setup that way but all I know is that the 1st 4 digits are 341.5XXX.

Where is the settings for this programmed.

I have compared the 200s to the 300s and all the settings looks identical.

Sounds like you need to program the DID's to go to the right extension. Program 71-1,2,3

If you have a CTX/CIX it's under Trunks-->DID.

would you happen to have manual? ;-) I found where I need to go but d@mn if this system provides a little hint.

I have only used and figured out the strata for 4 months.

I am in the DID section but when I try to apply the DID to extension 302 I get an error GCO Key Group not assiggned. I can't use the same GCO Key Group for the 200s extensions?

I figured it out... Stupid mistake

As a youg child my teacher would insist that there were no stupid questions.

One day I heard an unfamiliar term and asked what it meant. Big mistake. Everyone laughed, I never lived it down.

The term was diarrhea, our family called it the runs. That haunted me thruout high school. There are stupid questions, there are stupid mistakes, but missing a minor DID point is not a stupid mistake.
