Hey guys, I did a search for delay and search didn't come up with anything. I have a Unite system runing TVSE IP server.

I have a very obvious delay between when the receiving end hears my words, and I speak them on the IP phones. It is almost 1/4 to 1/2 second delay. We had some qos issues at the very beginning of the implimentation but it wound up being an issue with a router and not the box, but I think these buffers were set up high to try fix it early on and have never been looked at since. Right now, the person is in the middle of the first word of their reply when I start to talk because I hear them take a pause. It's like watching the news in the morning when they are interviewing someone that has never had a conversation using satellites.

where can I adjust these buffers.

OK, Profile 1 says codec is G.729A frame size 30. Jitter 150. IP Precedence 5-Critical/ECP. Voice Activity Detection enabled. Comfort Noise Generation Enabled.

When I go into IP General Parameters it shows SIP Network Profile 9.

The only difference between that profile and profile 1 is the codec is G.711

I can not changed any of these settings if I have my license key sent out to be updated, right?
