Well, finally got this working. What you do is program everything for your SIP trunks and since they are on a private network (MPLS) they do not need an outside gateway IP address. So in the TVSE server, you program the public IP address as the IP address that the "outside" IP phones will connect to. You do not change the gateway or anything else on the TVSE, only the outside IP address. It will find the phones. Also, after much debate and various answers from Telrad tech support, it seems that you need ports 20, 21, 80, 50505 opened for TCP and 5060-5068, 6000-6199 opened for UDP. I read a lot of documents that had various combinations of ports opened but we have been using this configuration and it seems to be working good.
