To be honest I am not sure!! The program I open is called DKEYBX.EXE and when it opens it takes me to a page entitled OPERATIONAL MODE MENU and on the right side of the screen it says PCP SBU5.10 and then it has a menu with the following items in it: 1. Off-Line Programming. 2. Connect to system directly. 3. Connect via Modem (Direct Dialling). 4. Connect via Modem (Manual Dialling) I have in the past used menu items 1 and 2. Don't know if this helps!! I am a little confused to say the least!!

<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by SSPhone: What software level is in the system. You can change the extensions to PBX mode and this will allow for multi stations ringing and forward functions to work. Hope you have Rel6 or above software as 5 or below had issues with PBX mode.

Sounds like you have release 5. Use option 2 to connect to system and then op2 again...look in the upper left corner of the screen. It will tell you the version of software in the switch. Best thing for you to do is contact a moderator, like ssphone. These guys are the experts! ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net
