I've got a customer with a Telrad 2464. I have a programming manual, but no install manual (I have a call into tel-programmer). I've mounted the cabinet, which had existing 66 blocks for the tails. When I connected a phone, no matter what six pin configuration I used, I couldn't get it to come up. Any suggestions, or maybe the proper pin out?

Ok wire your jack straight, then swap the 1st and 3rd pair. Not the jumpers but the position:
W/G-G/W W/O-O/W W/B-B/W
On the CO's Co 1-Tip and Ring skip a pair CO 2 skip a pair CO 3 skip etc.

Global_Tech I tried to call you back but I got back to the office late and you were already gone. e-mail me your fax and I'll fax you over the breakouts for the system. You will also need a DSS/Programmer unit working with station 20 to do your system programming.
