I've got a customer with a Telrad 2464. I have a programming manual, but no install manual (I have a call into tel-programmer). I've mounted the cabinet, which had existing 66 blocks for the tails. When I connected a phone, no matter what six pin configuration I used, I couldn't get it to come up. Any suggestions, or maybe the proper pin out?

wire your jack straight, then swap the 1st and 3rd pair. Not the jumpers but the position:
W/G-G/W
W/O-O/W
W/B-B/W
On the CO's
Co 1-Tip and Ring
skip a pair
CO 2
skip a pair
CO 3
skip
etc.

I tried to call you back but I got back to the office late and you were already gone. e-mail me your fax and I'll fax you over the breakouts for the system. You will also need a DSS/Programmer unit working with station 20 to do your system programming.
