hello , i have a problem in fixing a billing system , the problem is that : all calls made by extensions are readable but the transfered extention is not readable coz it comes in 3 lines , is there any way to control the format of lines that sent from the system.?
my system is Telrad s400 version 5

I am not sure what you are asking, what is a billing system. I need a little more info on what you are trying to do.

hi sir,,
this is the formula of the call on hyper terminal . our local software can not deal with such call that comes in four lines , is it possible to control this format coming from the switch system to be in tow lines -for example -or one line. or we must update the software to be able to read such calls and understand it .second question if we can make the system insert the date in its report

You can use SMDR to record calls, that will let you know what line,what number,how long the call was, the date and time of the call.You can run it off your voice mail if you have a key. Or you can run it off of the col card for real time printing.You will need to get a caller ID box also to pass on the info.
