yes if you use 4 cond voice jacks you just cross connect your exts accordingly what I have been doing lately is I use a white red/red white cross connect for digital exts white black /black white for slt's w/blu blu/w & w/or or/w for hybrid exts yellow/blue blue /yellow f cross for c.o. lines and panamax 110 8 co lightning protection and a 4 ksu surge suppressor makes the kit

I got caught out by that one time on a Panasonic system until I looked at the back of the Patchpanel. It’s the only system I’ve seen that uses pins 3&6 what were they thinking

it is because you can still connect the analogue key phones to the system with the right card and it is pins 3 & 6 for data and 4 & 5 for voice so it is just carried on from there
