Hi guys,
When we call in the automated attendant answer the call and when we chose ext 102 the system ask the caller to record his name so the other person at the other end is warning who is calling, I want to no what kind feature is that and how can we turn off, becouse some people do not understand and hang-up!

use custom dialing menu instead of
AA in port settings
set all your exts intercom 7105165
and set ext transfer sequence to FXD

What you are hearing is "Call Screening"
Go into the mailbox in question as the user,
enter 415 to disable Screening.
411 turns on call blocking
412 turns on Call Screening
413 turns on Intercom Paging
414 turns on Beeper Access
415 cancles whatever is active.
