Is there some how to program a TVS50 system without a PC. I want to change de select codes
and it is only possible with a PC?
And why when somebody hang up while the atomated attendant is giving the options still
ring at the operator phone??? is there any how to disconect the call atomaticly????

Jeff< if your referring to the "digit translation codes", press 1 for this and 2 for that then yes, you ned a PC.
You'll also find that you'll need it for quite a lot of the programming.
What system is this TVS on?
It sounds like a CPC programming problem in the switch or KSU.
It's also possible that your LEC isn't sending a CPC signal so the TVS has no idea that the caller hung up and just times out.

Yah, the system doesnt know that the call was hang up and ring any ways.
the TVS50 is conect to a d816 and it is using the last port to the VPS!!!

Jeff, enable program field 415 and the system should disconnect when a caller hangs up.
As for programming the TVS, you will need a PC.
