I picked up a new customer with a Panasonic KX-TA624, it seems to be carded for the full 624 but ports 17-24 seem to be dead. Does anyone know if there is any programming that needs to be done for these ports to work.

there is a base mother board lines 1-3 jacks 1-8 a 3 co 8 station card (KX-TA62477) lines 4-6 jacks 9-16, then the card in question (KX-TA62470) simply a 8 station card jacks 16-24. the 62477 attaches to the motherboard, then the 62470 attaches to the 62477 assuming it is installed. it is possible to attach an 8 station card without the 62477 card.

I know this is an older post but thought I would share a problem we had last week. Same issues, and could not get the 8 ports going. In the end I unpluged all 8 stations, powered down the system and that took care of it. Happened after they had some remodling done to their house. Just an FYI. Steph
