Can someone post instructions on how to update the company directory when in night mode?

Nitsuko DS phone system with a vangard voice mail system

The announcement says: "press 4 form company directory, the enter the first 4 letters of the person's last name to dial their extension/voicemail"

The list is outdated with old employees and new names need to be added.

Thanks, it will be much appreciated.

the vangiard requires a null-modem connetion to get into it and program the names. The directory works off of the names programmed in teh VM not the phone system.

A name can be changed in the voice mail by logging into a system admin mailbox and pressing DM for database management. I believe it is there where you can change a name using a keypad on the phone.
