Need Help.

I have just completed a network install for a small business and was asked to move an older phone system. A Mactrotel MT-16H,which I am told worked properly. The system was installed per the manual, but I am getting incorrect voltages from the KSU unit. It is putting out 31 V instead of 24 V, also a RED LED on the main board is "on". The Unit does not have an external battery backup.

I am also looking for a stocking distributor of used parts for Macrotel. I have email Macrotel but have not recieved any information for 4 weeks.

Any help you could supply would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

Sounds cooked, but maybe not.

For parts, check eBay. MT16-H systems regularly are available there.

Have you got a manual? I've got one in .pdf if you don't.

I have thrown quite a few Macrotel in the trash because of bad power supplies.Seems like if you power one down,it is a 50/50 chance it won't come back up.

You still around? I have been looking like mad for this manual. You still have it? I would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks,
Branden

I have the macrotel MT-16H with the two expansion cards installed and no backup battery. Do you have that manual, because I seem to have been ripped off too many times. I have bought the manual from many companies by download and they are all the MT-16T Phone. I have that manual and wasted all this $ on basically worthless duplicates. If you have it and could send a copy my way, you would be a godsend. Thank you again for the quick response.

If anyone has the manuals that could be e-mailed for the Single Line and standard display phones, It would help out a lot.
