#982 is a default code to see extension status but you have to reset the system or card(with power) to reset port.

Vad60, I have no experience with the covoice, but the VM's I have put on 50's didn't use abbr dial. Are you thinking about 200D/lite/etc? John C.

No John, I am talking about single line integration when you are looping SL ports with trunks to provide DTMF for VM. For some reason I think it is not digital integration but maybe I am wrong.

VAD:OK, now I've got to go find some co-voice manuals on the web so I can bone up on this form of integration for a 50. I've always used COV! Thanks a lot!, I think. John C.

The COVoice does use COV! It was designed specifically for the Mitel line. Check the name again.

Sorry, VAD, I think you're confused. Western is right, COVoice is on COV ports.
KAtboss, go to command 110 and check the call forward code for busy/no answer (usually 55 or 56, I think). Then, let's say that the VM pilot is 350 and the CF BNA code is 56. You would go off-hook on the extensions that don't work, and dial 56 350 (you'll hear a confirmation tone, then dial tone again). Hang up. Test.
On Mitel, the Call-forward setting is not affected by programming, so your cloned phones might or might not get the same call forward. You have to set it and clear it from the extension, using the code. Hint: Use your buttset on the blocks in the phone room, and save yourself a lot of walking.

double check and make sure all vm port exts have been defined and ext and mail box forms and make sure each exist in COVoice on problem ext's also .
did you ring all ports in c1 c2 screens from a problem ext and see if all ports receive follow on alpha/digits "have you tried to talk to VSR I have called in and they have helped in the past with out paying ask nicely worked for me"
