I have a client that has a Mitel SX200 in a hotel environment. The existing Voicemail (an Innovation Technologies - Innline 2020 DOS based system very old) has died and is no longer supported by Innovation Technologies.  Does anyone have suggestions for an external voicemail with hotel features and (PMS) Profit Management System compatible that I can replace this with? By the way, the customer squeaks when he walks.  (Tightwad). I have been bandaiding this system for sometime :bang: .

Active-Voice repartee works well with SX200. If it's a SX200 ML or EL, you might want to consider Mitel Express Messenger. In both cases, ask for a hospitality package when you order.
If it's an SX200 Digital Light or prior, consider telling the customer that it's time for an upgrade to SX200 ICP, which has an embedded voicemail (EMEM).

Seen some issues with VSR CoVoice lately. Genesis no longer supports it -- they're pushing a different COV product lately. And CoVoice does require COV cards.

At on time we used a company called Digital Speech. We connect this voice mail to a SX200 cpu was a 217. and also some SX200D it worked good. The web page I have attached for you. https://www.digitalspeech.com/

We service and sell many Mitel products,the best voicemail as far as service and tech support I have worked with is Telkol.They work with you through the install all the way through to the finishing programming if needed.Great tech support!!

I reccomend the EZvoice voice mail, it is COV integrated, and I have only heard good things about them...
