Two answers:
1.) From the console (Function, follow F-Keys). 2.) From programming, form 31.
Don't forget the Speed Dial FAC when dialing the Speed Dial index.

I am talking about a simple speed dial on a end users lighted button on their phone. This speed dial is not for an internal extension, but for an outside number.

Superkey, "no" until it says "personal keys," then select the key and program the number.
I assume these are 400 series or higher supersets (410, 420, 430, 4015, 4025, 4150, 5220, etc.)
