OP Lcox Member Joined: May 2013 Posts: 8 Santa Rosa, Ca	correct.. All the phone in the whole office will ring if someone is calling into the new lines, but the phone will not let us answer the call.. We have tried to click every button on the phone, the answer buttons flashes.. but we can't answer..
