Kill Roy Member Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 27 Lenexa, Kansas	If the X16 KSU is plugged in and you remove a telephone, you have 120 seconds, 2 minutes, before the information initialized. However, if you unplug the X16 KSU and then disconnect the phones nothing is erased, as long as you remember to reconnect the telephones before you power up the KSU.
