I have an Executone Medley system. Do you know of an ESI tech that can help me reset the password. I'm currently being locked out and this seems to be a common occurence. I've tried calling around but ESI was bought out by Intertel and they no longer provide support for these systems.

ESI's involvement in the Medley system was strictly subcontract manufacturing years ago. ESI never offered tech support on these systems although a trained ESI tech would be able to efficiently maneuver through the programing due to recognizable layout.
ESI has NOT been bought out by anyone! Your best option to get the Password reset to default is to select a reputable ESI Reseller, ship the system and 1 phone to them. The ESI reseller can connect it up in their location and pull a few Tech-Support strings with ESI. I'm sure there would be a charge for this but as stated earlier the system is useless unless it can be custom programmed.
