Is it possible to have 2 people log'd into ACD and if 1 person is on a call to have the next call ring another extension... i have fiddle'd around a lil to ono avail

Sure, that's what ACD does. If they are in the same ACD Group and assigned a CAR That take's the incomming call.

Don't even use a CAR. Just assign the two stations as members of the same ACD group..

Default settings will route the next call to the most idle agent.
Your post makes it sound like you want to not route the call to an available agent but to another phone somewhere else???
I'm confused on what you are trying to do exactly.
