If you can connect to the Elitemail with 192.168.80.200/admin, then you can connect with an ssh secure client interface such as Putty to acces the linux OS & the Elitemail LX utility menus.

Pay an authorized NEC vendor to come out & 1st check to see if you are at version 2.0.2.0 w/clock patch. 2nd, make sure the Elitemail LX does in fact have internet access. 3rd, have the NEC tech train you on how to administer the system yourself.
