Thanks much and OK on all of the replies. I do have a contact number for a new vendor, who I can call on Monday, and I do not mind doing that, if that's the only way to fix the problem. Is that the only way to get a software upgrade?

Also, none of you addressed the problem of no IP address for EliteMail LX. Are you all saying that I can only get that from a NEC authorized dealer? Did the IP that is listed in the manual as default get changed by the old vendor and now they are telling me that they didn't change it and that they do not know what it is?

Finally, are these systems not servicable by the Owner?
