My customer has a DK424 with a Stratagy IVP8 Rev. 2. They have mailbox 500 setup to transfer to an on-call cell phone. I logged into their Stratagy and the extension string was:
@F,,#45,,,1630XXXXXXX--H-
This worked originally until they switched providers. Now, if someone hits this mailbox, there is a long pause and the 990 greeting kicks back in. What needs to happen is that the system needs to do a hookflash, dial the number and hookflash again. I did verify that 3-way calling was working from the provider. I made a call, did a CNF/TRNS #45, dialed another number, and did a CNF/TRNS #45 and it worked. I tried everything including adding pauses and another F#45 after the phone number. Nothing worked after about 30 combinations of flashes, and pauses.
Any ideas here especially since this worked with their old provider, I don't think too much has to change...
