voice mail was working fine ,now suddenly ext. 112 can not receive v/m,phone continues to ring without going to v/m. checked subscribers guide for incomplete call handling to activate leave message,
did not resolve the issue,
any idea as to where i need to go,i'm certain it is something that was done unintentionally by the user,not in programming.
