Richard, I don't know what Mitel's arrangement for resetting the password is in Canada, but in the states, $$$$. Requires notarized paperwork, 2-4 weeks of legal smegal stuff and inspection/verification by Mitel, including making sure owner/customer is not on 'owes money, don't co-operate list' for want of a better description, then they get with the owner or certified tech and run them thru some access drills and give them a code that defaults the password(s).
