Thanks Lightninghorse, I thought Gene J was able to reset his, I own this SX200 LW 19 N1.3.0.6 system and can not even cut /shut a extension or trouble shoot a extension when it is down, neither can I add any more extensions, does anyone know a authorised dealer in Bellingham, Wa or I have to buy another system so I don't have this kind of problem, thought the person who set it up was a established dealer but now his phone doesn't even work, am stuck with a system with which I need help
