What model digital sets are you using ? If the users have access to the superkey they do not need an access code . Program a test Digital set with the same COS and feature buttons and see if that goes into DND on it's own volition . Do not connect a set to this test phone just program it in software . I have seen digital sets that have DND activated that the user swears up and down that they did not set . Once I changed their COS and removed DND the problem never returned . I have also had users program a free line key using the superkey to become a makebusy key not realizing what it does . Ironicly they usually choose the button next to the hookswitch so while hanging up the phone they would sometimes accidentily depress that button with the handset . I hope this helps .
