Hello all. I have a customer with a Definity r5. They answer incoming calls using a 302c console. At night the calls forward to another phone via the night button. During the day they want the calls to go to another extension (not night ext.) when the operator steps away for a few minutes. Is there any way to do this without installing a second 302c and using the pos busy button? I noticed a button on the console labeled "go to cover" but couldn't figure out how it worked or programmed. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Do you have a voice mail system, if so send it to an auto attendant.

Thanks neh, but the customer wants it to go to a specific phone and be answered by a human. I would appreciate any other suggestions.
