Hey all, I have a customer with a system 25 who wants to transfer callers to an internal extension and the call end up at an external number. I allowed external call forwarding in a COS, put an extension into that COS and forwarded it to the external number. Everything works great from any phone except the 302c console. It will not release the forwarded call or do a trunk to trunk transfer. I'm sure there is a program option (to prevent abuse) I need to turn on but am too lazy to read thru the manual. Any takers on saving me some time?

I haven't seen a system 25 since the early 90's, but in todays CM/Definity world there is a trunk to trunk transfer in the COS. Check that. Your going to check the COS on the 302 station, but also on 'disp console-p'
