I have a Parner Mail VM card in slot 2 (second from the left.) It has an ACS processor (unsure of the release). VM does work, however when the Night Service button is activated on Ext 10, it is not tansferring the calls to VM. Sorry for the vague details, but I got this job second-hand and have few details at the moment.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would gladly appreciate it.
Regards,
Mr Z

Do you hear the AA pick up? If so are you saying the caller can transfer to another ext, but the VM doesn't pick up. If so, do you have VM coverage assigned to that ext.?

Hey Mike, The AA does not pick up, and the system administrator password has been changed from option 9, so I have no way of reconfiguring the AA. VM coverage is assigned to 10, but I'm unsure if VM transfer is working properly.
If I can just figure out how to circumvent or reset system admin, I think I will be in the right direction. No?
Thanks for the quick reply.
Regards,
Mr Z
