All valid points. This is an internal email system. The emails are relayed, so if it doesn't work, there is no mailbox with a "Sent" folder to check. A one hour WAV file is 30M is size. Our internal mailbox size limitation has been increased to 35M. Hopefully we'll have a test later this week.

Just an update. The email delivery works as a relay. So there is no mailbox to view sent messages. Exchange has size limitations on relayed, internal and external mail. We were able to increase the limit on relayed messages.
