I have a NEC SV8300 and I cannot get it to connect to a Galaxy PMS System. I am using a serial connection, however the PMS tech configured the pinouts. After working with NEC tech support, they claim my system is programmed properly. I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank you.

Time to dust off the old break out box and verify signals. Or, switch it over to IP.
