I have a customer looking for caller id of a call that is older than what the phone is showing. Is there a way to get this caller ID?

Caller ID is a 'rotating' list. The newest call kicks out the oldest call. So whatever memory slots you allow (Up to 100) - that's the limit. I'm presuming you know how to cycle through the calls in the list.
