If you have regular co lines, three of them, and not dids then each line has a number that you cannot change. You can change where those lines ring and and on which buttons they appear. If the numbers you are calling are not ringing anywhere, and the line buttons are not flashing, then those are not the correct numbers. You could try calling a cell and see what number shows up, but I doubt it would be anything other than the main number, service providers spoof numbers so that all lines show the main number most of the time now. You may need to call the provider and get them to tell you what phone numbers you actually have. Until you can verify all numbers, I suggest you not make any other changes.
