This is an updated post. This is what I found out today. OS7200 V4.92f with PRI, SIP with 40 IP Phones. On ANY phone logged into the system's UCD group, If a call is put on Park on their phone, UCD phones can no longer receive a call until the call is taken off of Park or until someone else picks up the call. Any ideas? So you are not allowed to use Park if you are a UCD group member? The issue is with all UCD phones.
