If it's just a mem card then it's likely a compact 2 not an iDCS100 which could be your problem
Are you sure your not looking at the misc card?
What is the version of software show when you look in the keyset?
Try putting ping 4-4 in the cable, i know i had to-do that with compact 2 to make it work

We never had the Compact2 here in North America.
It's definitely a Release 1 iDCS 100 the MEM card and Misc 1 fits.
Basically a souped up 50Si with a different processor and Misc card all the cards from the 50 Si will work in it except for the different processor and Misc card.
