Does anybody know what line of phone systems verizon has inked a deal with?????

And is it nation wide the same line or different brands in different regions???

Wouldn't be surprised if it was Avaya. They always have been in kahoots since even before the AT&T days. Avaya still has offices with Verizon in the same building near here.

In NYC they are selling something called an OMNI something or other....after some research I found it was Fujitsu....

And they are offering no interest leases....

Im just trying to find out if we now have yet another Telco offering equipment through deceptive advertising.....

And just to let you all know....AVAYA's sales have dropped 25 percent so far according to CNBC....

I know Verizon handles the JC Penney stores. They have Norstar systems.

Not all of them apparently. Every Penny's I've been in haas some funky old system that I didn't recognize.

Verizon has become an Avaya business partner in NYC. They are not doing the work themselves but are acting more as consultants choosing systems for business clients and then sending the installs to whoever they are in bed with. Each agent has agreements with different manufactures and are sending the sales to them and receiving a commission. I get allot of Definity work this way including Verizon offices.

Sure, since they started pushing their dumb a** VOIP crap instead of what most people want and can afford. You can't even find Partner, Magix or Definity at Avaya.com so how do they think they are going to sell it?
