Hello,

I have followed the instructions from this document:

https://www.voiceprocessor.info/624-ans.htm

I want to set up our voicemail so that it has a simple company greeting, and a single voicemail box. I followed the directions exactly. However, when I finally set up, dial in to the system, it prompts for the extension number. It does not go directly to the company greeting.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks
Mike

If you set it up right it will play the greeting of mailbox 100.
Those are the correct instructions.
