Ended up throwing the card in today, following the instructions in the book, doing the E50 R4 suggested, and then also under the MCI instructions making the settings the OPPOSITE of what the book said. If it said to set it to 0 I set it to 1. All is working now.

About time too, Ive been trying to get this phone system working for 2 years now.

2 years..wow. Cost analysis?

2 years where my company was warrantying the work. Biggest moneypit ever.

Ive been tryign to get my boss convinced to convince this client to stop putting 2000 IPS systems up and get something newer. This client wanted uniformity and a cache of spare parts so we went ahead and installed a 2000 ips. Well construction has started on their next building and I am trying to get that changed. (started a thread for that, *cough cough* here. )

Id like to thank everybody here. Being a tech I am a member of many forums, and this is the first forum where Ive not only gotten pretty good help on the forum that has guided me to a solution, but I have also gotten 3 members message me to offer 1 on 1 help, remote support, or even a phone call to share some tips and tricks.

Its definitely refreshing to see that kind of involvement in a forum.
