I am glad that you were able to get that fixed. I hope things work out eventually with your local Toshiba dealership.

You should be able to fix all the items in your original post. Watch the time between March and April, and again between mid October to early November. This is when the Daylight Savings issue will appear. You should be able to log in and fix the time using the software, or by logging into the admin mailbox through the phone.

Is there a firmware (or something similar) update to fix this so I won't need to manually change it twice a year?

Yes, there is a software update for the voice mail to fix the DST but I can only suggest that it be done by a Toshiba tech so that you don't brick your voice mail.

Just knowing it exists helps. I'll ask them to get it taken care of as soon as possible.
