Any idea what it means when D1 is flashing properly and D2 is lit solid. Of course the documentation does not show this combination.
I reinitialized it and it's still there.

The system logged a alarm, even power cycling will cause a alarm, clearing the alarm has to be done from a phone, try program 90-53-01.

Stays on all the time mostly. Actually I kind of figured that and it wasn't an issue. Looks like we might have to move to this system versus the DSX since they just raised the prices a fair bit on DSX. The audio quality is not as good as the DSX even after doing all the things support said to do. Sounds hollow and slightly echo like. I've had it sitting on the bench for well over a year and just fired it back up with the 3.5 update. While a lot better and easier to program software it did nothing for the audio.

D2 solid LED indicates "Reading error of system program". May need to default and reload. You haven't added a MEMDB recently have you?? Below is a link to the LED indicators https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u...%20Manual%20v1.0%20alrm%20indicators.pdf

The blue led is blinking correctly, the red led is lit solid. That is not part of the matrix as I mentioned in my OP. I'm pretty good at reading documentation.

Just turning the thing on and off sometimes throws a code.

It won't clear. Reinitialized it, reloaded 3.5, the red led is solid no matter what.
Anybody know how to look up what the error is?

Seems I have a very early version of firmware. The alarm is a false alarm and will not clear with later versions of software installed. I remember when I'd called once on the system when we first got it and NTAC said the software and firmware version supposedly was never released to distribution. If I remember correctly it was 1.43 software on a unit we received on November of 2011. It would sure be nice if they set up a dealer forum for the SL like NEC has for the DSX. Awesome resource.
