scratching my head on this. I have SIP trunks that work when I dial the dial service, but when I try to dial the trunk group or the routing access they do not work. Any Ideas guys/gals thanks.

Probably a silly question but is your software up to date? You need the current version 16 to support it properly. -Stephen

the problem ended up being an element wasn't setup correctly. i must have looked at it a hundred times....lol
