What? Ever since the old Merlin cable management has been an issue with RJ45. I'm quite pleased they decided to offer Amphenol connectors on this unit.

You mentioned PRI. Everything went well with that? It's very important to us since we install a lot of them.

RJ-45 would be more modern and clean when installed in a rack and cross connected to patch panels.

Other than the default for the PRI was not ESF, which I had to change, it synced right up.

Caller ID info is passed along to single line sets too...

I should add that having amphenol connectors for the SLI cards is just fine. While I wish they would come out the back of the ksu, or dress in a little better, we deployed 120 single line sets today, so amphenol was definitely the way to go there. The programming is also pretty straight forward and fairly well organized. I was able to program some settings that I really didn't know where they existed, but they were somewhat in the logical spots.

A few minor issues with not being able to find where to adjust some forwarding and return timers, and an issue with dialing 0 from the CCR tree. But I need to do a software update because a new one just got released, so I am hoping this takes care of those issues

For first release, this is a pretty solid product at a good price, especially for the type of install we did today, which was a lot of single line sets.

The customer was impressed that the unit we put, KSU with EKSU, was about the size of two small desktops stacked on each other. Runs pretty cool too... We pulled out too old Definity cabinets plus Audix and monitor. They could not believe that the little MBX replaced the entire Definity.

I couple of the bugs that they are working on have to do with not being able to dial out of a mailbox. You get stuck in the MB... also, there is a minor issue. Uses the same label format as a Partner mail.. you have to put a 9 in front of the numbers to make them speed dials.
