We have a Tadiran system and used to have this option:

FlexiCom CLA Service Provider Version 1.019

on our phone system server to link our individual work stations to phone extensions for click to dial options via the computer.

We changed phone servers and I can't get this option to come up in the telephony window and google is no help so far.

I've contacted our phone supplier but they are slow to respond as the phone system has been paid for for years any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

What Tadiran system do you have? Also, when you say that you "changed phone servers" what part did you actually change, the telephone system, the voice mail?

we have a flexicom 200 cat # is 72440880300.

we used to have coralview and the voice mail software installed on server x. that server was deprecated and the admin software installed on server y which now does not have the telephony service for the phone system installed on it.

tadiran says we should have gotten a cd way back when with all the software needed, but we never received it and so far our phone system supplier hasn't been able to come up with it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep Coral SL aka Flexicom 200. You are going to have a fit with that seeing how Tadiran EOL those systems and depending your software level there may not be support from the manufacturer.

yeah the quote we ahve so far is 5k to go back to what we had or buy their newest stuff for 3k limited to 20 seats with a cap at 50 seats.

turns out we upgraded to IPx in 2007 and at the time weren't using click to dial so they dropped it from our system all together.

i'm pretty steamed at this point to say the least

So you have an IPx and not a 200?
